These talented professionals have established Preferred for the express purpose of acquiring, developing, financing, producing and distributing theatrical motion pictures and television series.

Preferred intends to contribute capital towards the production, marketing and distribution of commercial motion pictures and television series that have name talent attachments and are suitable for wide release with Major Distributors and Networks.

WHAT WE DO:

Preferred Entertainment Finance & Management, LLC is a turnkey global finance and production company that mitigates the risk of film finance through its innovative, transparent and unique film finance structure. Unlike traditional film finance models, which rely on major distributors and are typically unfavorable to investors, Preferred will place investors first through our collaterized structure. This structure controls the financing of production and marketing of all projects and as a result, investors will receive the benefit of double-digit returns.

Preferred will invest only in those projects that meet criteria set-forth in our Green-Light Procedure, whereby projects incorporate A-List talent attachments, production budget off-sets and confirmed distribution agreements.

This helps to ensure that a substantial part of the investment is collaterized before one dollar has been spent.  Additionally, all financial reporting will be completely transparent, investors will feel comfortable knowing where every dollar where spent.
